Milk Soak Recipe
Makes approx 6 x 100g Jars of Bath Milk
You will need:
200g Goat's Milk Powder 200g Epsom Salts 100g Dead Sea Salts 50g Sodium Bicarbonate 50g Corn Starch Dried Petals or Herbs of your choice 10ml Essential Oil of your choice Small Airtight Glass Jars
Directions:
Sieve the goat's milk powder and the corn starch into a large bowl. This will remove any lumps and give the bath milk a soft, light texture.
Add the Epsom salts and the Dead Sea salts and fold in gently until well combined.
Place the sodium bicarbonate in a separate small bowl and add half of the essential oil by dripping it evenly over the surface of the powder. Blend until the powder looks smooth with no lumps.
Add the rest of the oil and blend again.
Add the scented sodium bicarbonate to the salts and fold in until evenly mixed.
Spoon into the jars adding a few dried petals or herbs if you wish.
The bath milk can be used straight away or stored until needed.
